When it comes to hospitalizing our pets, we understand that it can be stressful. That’s why we do our utmost to create an environment that’s as comfortable and soothing as possible for them.
To minimize stress, we have two separate hospital wards, specially designed for dogs, cats and NACs (New Pet Animals). This separation ensures that each animal is in an environment suited to its needs and species.
We pay particular attention to the well-being of hospitalized cats. Their cages meet Cat Friendly standards. These criteria offer high spaces, generous dimensions and glass surfaces so that cats can observe their surroundings. What’s more, our cages are cleaned and disinfected several times a day to maintain optimum levels of hygiene.
All our boarders have access to food adapted to their specific needs. This includes regular replenishment of fresh water to keep them hydrated.
To maintain a pleasant temperature and optimum air quality, we have installed a dual-flow air conditioning and ventilation system in our hospital premises.
Our vets provide care several times a day. They also carry out regular health assessments on each hospitalized animal.
We understand how important it is for you to be informed about your pet’s condition. That’s why we’ll keep you regularly informed of your four-legged friend’s condition. We’ll provide you with daily updates to reassure you during his hospital stay. Our aim is to make hospitalization as comfortable and stress-free as possible, for both you and your pet.
